Your work deserves to be experienced in person.
Pop-Up Exhibition Package
Your work is ready to leave the studio. Let’s give it a room of its own.
Host a solo show, artist talk, small group exhibition, fashion presentation, creative launch, or one-night showcase at Make Well.
We’ll provide a flexible, art-forward space, gallery equipment, and practical support to help you turn your creative work into a real show without having to figure out every detail alone.
You do not need gallery representation or a giant production budget to create a thoughtful, memorable show.
Make Well’s Pop-Up Exhibition Packages are designed for independent artists, emerging creatives, small groups, designers, and collectives who want to bring people together around their work.
You bring the art and the vision. We’ll help you shape the space, think through the details, and make a show of it.
Please note: your reservation includes setup, event time, and takedown, so we recommend planning your exhibition hours accordingly.

The 2-hour Mini Pop-Up is best for simple exhibitions, previews, or receptions that require very little installation and cleanup.
The 4-hour Standard Pop-Up is a good fit for most solo and small group exhibitions, with more time for setup, hosting, and takedown.
The 8-hour Full-Day Pop-Up is best for larger installations, group shows, fashion presentations, or exhibitions that need more breathing room throughout the day.
Because all artwork must be installed and removed the same day, we recommend choosing a package that gives you plenty of time for both.
-
Yes. Your reservation includes all setup, exhibition time, and takedown.
For example, a 4-hour reservation might include one hour of setup, two hours open to guests, and one hour for cleanup.
Artwork may not be installed before your reservation or left in the space afterward.

You’ll have access to available small pop-up gallery walls, hanging rails, and display furniture already at Make Well.
Equipment and furniture are subject to availability, so we recommend discussing your installation needs with us in advance.
-
We have a variety of hanging solutions depending on the needs of the exhibition.
Anything involving unusual hardware, heavy pieces, painting, permanent changes, or more involved installation methods must be approved in advance.
Because installations are temporary, all materials and hardware must be removed and the space returned to its original condition before the end of your reservation.
-
You must handle sales directly yourself. Any payment processing, sales support, or commission arrangement involving Make Well should be discussed and agreed upon before the event.
-
Food and non-alcoholic beverages may be allowed with advance approval.

-
Additional time may be available depending on the studio schedule and should be arranged in advance.
If your exhibition requires a more involved installation, we strongly recommend choosing the 4-hour or 8-hour package rather than relying on additional time being available.
All setup and removal must still happen on the same day as your exhibition.
-
No. We’re currently unable to accommodate overnight installations or storage.
All artwork, packaging, materials, signage, and personal belongings must be removed by the end of your reservation.
