Make Well memberships are designed for artists who want a consistent place to work, room to spread out, and a creative community around them.
Members receive access to our shared art studio, assigned storage, photo studio benefits, and opportunities to connect, collaborate, and share their work.
We keep our membership community intentionally small so the studio remains calm, functional, and enjoyable for everyone. Membership availability may be limited.

A membership gives you ongoing access to our shared art studio and creative community.
It is designed for artists and creative people who want a welcoming place to work outside their homes without taking on the cost or commitment of a private studio.

No. Make Well is a shared working studio.
Members use communal tables, open working areas, and shared resources rather than individually enclosed studios. The goal is to give everyone room to create while still keeping the space collaborative and community-oriented.

Members can choose an available workspace when they arrive.
Because tables and floor space are shared, we ask that projects and supplies be cleared away at the end of each working session unless another arrangement has been made.

Yes. Each member receives an assigned shelf for everyday materials and supplies.
Storage is intentionally limited so the studio stays comfortable and functional for everyone. Please check with us before bringing in large equipment, furniture, or supplies that will not fit within your assigned area.

A small number of permanent wall sections may be available for an additional $50 per month.
These spaces are limited and offered based on availability, the needs of each artist, and how the studio is functioning as a whole. Members are also welcome to use designated community wall areas when available.

Members have flexible access.
Certain areas may occasionally be reserved for workshops, photo sessions, maintenance, or Make Well programming, but we will do our best to communicate those dates in advance.

Members receive two complimentary photo studio hours each month, along with 20% off additional bookings.
Photo studio time must be reserved in advance through our booking system. Complimentary hours do not roll over unless otherwise noted in your membership agreement.

We love seeing members bring ideas to life, though. Members who are interested in hosting something can submit a separate proposal through our workshop or space rental process.

Occasional guests may be welcome, but membership access is primarily intended for the individual member.
Please check with the Make Well team before bringing someone who will be working in the studio with you for an extended period.
